The HCPL-3101 is a general-purpose optocoupler with a maximum output current of 600mA and an isolation voltage of 5kV. It is packaged in a DIP-8 package and is suitable for through-hole mounting. The device operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. It is not RoHS compliant and contains lead. The optocoupler has a propagation delay of 500ns.
