This through-hole component offers a 50% current transfer ratio, 16mA input current, and 8mA maximum output current per channel. Designed for a 30V power supply, it boasts a 20V collector-emitter breakdown voltage and operates across a -55°C to 100°C temperature range. UL approved and RoHS compliant, it is supplied in a PDIP package.
