Operates with DC input and provides 1.5kV isolation voltage. Rated for 25mA output current per channel, with a maximum power dissipation of 200mW. Packaged in an 8-pin CDIP SMD for surface mounting, with a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. Radiation hardening is included.
