
The HCPL-5600 is a unidirectional optocoupler with a reverse breakdown voltage of 5V and a forward current of 20mA. It has a propagation delay of 140ns and a fall time of 40ns. The device is packaged in a hermetically sealed PDIP-8 package and is rated for operation over a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. The HCPL-5600 is RoHS compliant and exempt from lead-free requirements.
