This surface mount device operates with a 16mA input current, 50% current transfer ratio, and 8mA output current per channel. It supports data rates up to 1MBps with a propagation delay of 0.8µs. Designed for a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to 70°C, it is RoHS compliant and UL/CSA approved.
