Surface mount transistor output optocoupler featuring 3750V isolation and a 1-element configuration. Achieves a high current transfer ratio of 3500% with a 1.6mA input current and 20mA forward current. Supports a 100Kbps data rate and delivers up to 60mA output current per channel. Operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, with a maximum power dissipation of 100mW. This lead-free, RoHS compliant component is supplied in SOIC packaging.
