A thermal washer for Power DIP packages, made of .002 inch thick 1145 aluminum foil with .0005 inch thick phase-change thermal compound on both sides. It provides thermal management with an imperial thermal impedance of 0.030 °C/W-in² (0.194 °C/W-cm²) at 20psi, suitable for service temperatures up to 200 °C.
