This incremental rotary optical encoder is a motion sensor with a round shaft style and digital square wave output. It operates within a voltage range of 4.75VDC to 5.25VDC and can withstand a maximum operating torque of 0.006Nm. The encoder is designed for use in temperatures between -10C and 70C and is mounted via a panel mount header. It features a mechanical life of 1,000,000 cycles and does not have index output.
