The MUN12AD03-SE is a non-isolated dc-dc converter uPOL module that delivers up to 3A of output current. It integrates a PWM switching regulator and a high-frequency power inductor into a compact hybrid package. Featuring a constant on-time control scheme, it provides fast transient response and a simple control loop. The module operates with automatic power saving mode under light loads and includes internal soft-start, power-good signaling, and non-latching over-current protection.
