Overview

The DC1128A demonstration circuit is a dual-channel synchronous 2.25MHz step-down DC/DC regulator based on the LTC3419EDD. It operates from an input voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V and supports two independent outputs, each capable of delivering up to 600mA. Channel 1 features jumper-selectable outputs of 1.2V, 1.5V, or 1.8V, while Channel 2 provides 2.5V or 3.3V. The circuit offers high efficiency up to 95% and includes selectable Burst Mode operation for low quiescent current (40uA) or Pulse Skip mode for reduced output ripple at light loads. Its high switching frequency enables the use of small, low-profile surface mount components.

Use Cases
