Overview

The DC1241 is a demonstration circuit designed to evaluate the LTM9001 16-bit receiver subsystem, which integrates a high-speed amplifier and ADC. This design document provides layout recommendations and external circuitry details for optimal performance. The board features a wideband input transformer for single-ended RF signal evaluation and output LVDS buffers. It is designed to interface with the DC890 Data Acquisition board, allowing users to analyze performance using PScope data processing software. The board supports multiple input configurations, including AC-coupled, DC-coupled, single-ended, and differential inputs. Additional features include jumpers for PGA gain selection, output randomization, ADC shutdown, and internal dither control.
