Overview

The DLP3010 Light Control Evaluation Module (EVM) is a high-resolution light steering solution designed for industrial, medical, and scientific applications. The module integrates a DLP3010 0.3-inch 720p Digital Micromirror Device (DMD), a DLPC3478 display and light controller, and a DLPA2005 PMIC/LED driver. It includes a complete light engine with OSRAM red, green, and blue LEDs capable of 125 lumens and 720p resolution. The system architecture includes an MSP430 microcontroller, an ITE HDMI receiver, and a Cypress CY3420 USB-Serial Bridge. The EVM provides a flexible platform for camera synchronization via Trigger IN/OUT signals and can be configured through a dedicated GUI for various light control and video display modes.
