Overview

The EVAL-LTC7068-AZ evaluation circuit demonstrates the LTC7068 driving two 150V N-channel MOSFETs in a half-bridge configuration. It features adaptive shoot-through protection and a 5V logic-compatible PWM input that controls both gate outputs. The board supports a power input supply up to 150V and a logic supply between 6V and 14V. The integrated LTC7068 driver offers 1.3Ω pull-down and 1.6Ω pull-up resistance.
