The AP1120 series are low dropout positive regulators designed to provide 1A output current capability. Specifically designed for high-speed bus termination and low voltage IC applications, the device features a maximum dropout of 1.3V at full load and provides dual output channels. It includes built-in thermal shutdown and output current limiting for each channel.
