The DT028BTFT is a 2.8-inch color TFT LCD display series featuring a 240 x 320 resolution and a highly efficient LED backlight. It is powered by the Ilitek ILI9341 single-chip driver and supports multiple interface modes including 8-bit/16-bit MCU parallel, RGB, and 3-wire or 4-wire SPI. The module is available in non-touch, resistive touch, and capacitive touch configurations.
