It operates from 3.0 V to 3.6 V over a -40 °C to 85 °C temperature range in a QFN104 10 mm × 10 mm package. Peripheral resources include up to 55 GPIOs, ADC controllers, USB 2.0 OTG, Ethernet MAC, MIPI CSI/DSI, LCD and camera interfaces, H.264 encoding, and multiple serial interfaces.
