
The ELD211 is a dual NPN optocoupler with a collector-emitter saturation voltage of 400mV and a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 80V. It can handle a forward current of up to 60mA and an input current of up to 10mA. The device is RoHS compliant and has a maximum operating temperature of 110°C and a minimum operating temperature of -55°C. The ELD211 is available in a SOP-8 package and is suitable for surface mount applications.
