The pco.edge 4.2 bi is a high-performance deep-cooled sCMOS camera featuring a back-illuminated sensor with up to 95% quantum efficiency. It provides 2048 x 2048 pixel resolution, deep cooling down to -25 °C, and a compact design. The camera incorporates a light sheet scanning mode and a low light mode utilizing correlated multi-sampling (CMS) to reduce readout noise to 1.1 electrons rms.
