The C30659-1550E-R2AH is a high-performance InGaAs Avalanche Photodiode (APD) receiver module integrated with a low-noise GaAs FET transimpedance preamplifier in a hermetically-sealed TO-8 package. Optimized for detection at 1550nm, this 'E' variant features an enhanced damage threshold for increased resilience against high optical power densities. It provides a 50MHz system bandwidth with a 200µm active diameter detector (C30662EH), offering ultra-low noise equivalent power (NEP) and fast rise times of 7ns. It is designed for applications such as LIDAR, range finding, and high-speed, extreme low-light detection.
