It achieves a peak photon detection efficiency of 65% at 650nm. The module is thermoelectrically cooled and temperature-controlled to ensure stabilized performance. It generates a TTL-level pulse for each photon detected, featuring a 25 cps maximum dark count rate and a typical dead time of 22-25 ns.
