The SPCM-QC9 FIBER is a self-contained 4-channel single photon counting module designed for high-performance applications. It utilizes an avalanche photodiode (APD) as a detector, offering a photon detection efficiency of 65% at 650nm. These modules deliver high-speed TTL output pulses and feature a 180μm active area, low dark count rates, and a dead time of 25ns. It is integrated with an FC fiber adaptor for easy optical connection and operates from a 5VDC supply.
