It operates from 1.65 V to 5.5 V over −40 °C to +85 °C, with inputs tolerant to 5.5 V independent of VCC. Propagation delay is specified down to 2.4 ns typical at 5 V with a 50 pF load, and output drive supports up to 32 mA. The 6-lead SC-88/SC-70 package is supplied on tape and reel with MSL 1 at 260 °C. The device is Pb-free, halogen-free/BFR-free, and RoHS compliant.
