The 4N36 device provides a minimum current transfer ratio of 100% at 10 mA input current and 10 V collector-emitter voltage. The white -M package version is rated for 7500 V peak input-to-output isolation and operates from -55 °C to +100 °C. It supports up to 30 V collector-emitter voltage, 70 V collector-base voltage, and 7 V emitter-collector voltage. The SR2 ordering option denotes a surface-mount tape-and-reel configuration.
