Devices operate at up to 48 MHz and include up to 32 KB of flash memory and up to 4 KB of SRAM. The family supports low-voltage operation and 24- to 48-pin package variants. Integrated mixed-signal and serial peripherals include ADC capability and common MCU interfaces such as UART, SPI, and I2C.
