Low-power 2.4 GHz ISM-band transceiver integrates an IEEE 802.15.4 PHY modem for peer-to-peer, star, and mesh networking. The device supports 250 kbps O-QPSK data, 16 selectable channels, and a four-wire SPI host interface with interrupt signaling. RF performance includes typical receive sensitivity below -92 dBm at 1% packet error rate and programmable transmit output from -27 dBm to a typical 4 dBm maximum. Operation is specified from a 2.0 V to 3.4 V supply and over a -40 °C to 85 °C ambient temperature range in a QFN-32 package.
