Digital humidity and temperature sensor combines a MEMS capacitive humidity element, an on-chip temperature sensor, and calibrated digital output. The device operates from a 2.2 V to 5.5 V supply and communicates over a standard I2C interface at address 0x38. It measures 0% to 100% RH with typical ±2% RH accuracy and -40 °C to 85 °C with typical ±0.3 °C temperature accuracy. The two-row SMD package has a 3 mm by 3 mm footprint and 1.0 mm height for reflow soldering.
