The Hakko FR400-53 is an ultra heavy-duty (UHD) digital desoldering station designed for rework on large mass components such as high-current inductor coils, heat sinks, and large transformers. It features a 300W heating element that achieves a top temperature of 500°C (940°F) using a composite ceramic heating cartridge. The system includes an integrated vacuum pump with a double-cylinder design for high suction power and an anti-clogging feature that ensures peak vacuum pressure. The station also features a large LCD display, password lock-out, and a quick-change nozzle mechanism for increased efficiency.
