It supports ultra-fine frequency steps with typical 3 Hz resolution and delivers typical RMS jitter below 180 fs. The device operates from 3.3 V and 5 V analog supplies and is supplied in a 40-lead 6 mm by 6 mm SMT package with RoHS-compliant construction.
