
Dual-output, inverting gate driver IC for high and low-side power switching. Features independent control of high and low sides, operating supply voltage from 10V to 20V, and a peak output current of 0.35A. Designed for through-hole mounting in an 8-pin PDIP package with a 2.54mm pin pitch. Supports CMOS and LSTTL input logic, with maximum rise and fall times of 220ns and 80ns respectively, and turn-on/off delays of 50ns. Operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
