
Omnipolar Hall Effect Sensor IC for surface mount applications. Features a 6-pin TSOP package with gull-wing leads, measuring 2.9mm x 1.6mm x 1mm. Operates with supply voltages from 2.4V to 5.5V, drawing a maximum output current of 2mA. Detects magnetic fields with a release point as low as -60 Gs and a typical hysteresis of 10 Gs, with an operating range up to 70 Gs. Suitable for temperatures from -40°C to 85°C.
