The FS7.0.1L.195 is a thermal mass flow sensor utilizing stable platinum thin-film technology. It features a symmetrical heater design for heightened sensitivity and is optimal for gas flow applications. The sensor operates on heat transfer principles where flow velocity is determined by the voltage compensation needed to maintain a constant temperature differential. It consists of a 45 ohm heater and a 1200 ohm reference element, connected via three PTFE-insulated stranded wires.
