Housed in a 144-pin TQFP (Thin Quad Flat Package) with a 0.5mm pin pitch, measuring 20x20x1.4mm. Operates with a supply voltage of 3V to 3.6V and a temperature range of 0°C to 70°C. Surface mountable with a 30 dB echo return loss.
