Housed in a 144-pin TQFP (Thin Quad Flat Package) with gull-wing leads, measuring 20x20x1.4mm, designed for surface mounting. Operates with a supply voltage of 3V to 3.6V and an echo return loss of 30 dB, suitable for 0°C to 70°C operating temperatures.
