Packaged in a 20-pin DSO (Dual Small Outline) lead-frame SMT package with gull-wing leads, measuring 15.9mm x 11mm x 3.25mm with a 1.27mm pin pitch. Operates from a 4.75V to 5.25V supply, with a typical operating voltage of 5V and a typical supply current of 1mA. Suitable for surface mounting with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
