Operates from a 3V to 3.6V supply, with a typical voltage of 3.3V. Housed in a 144-pin TQFP (Thin Quad Flat Package) with gull-wing leads, measuring 20x20x1.4mm, for surface mounting. Extended operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C.
