The APA2106VBC/D is a blue source color light emitting diode made with InGaN on Sapphire. This right-angle surface mount device features low power consumption and a wide viewing angle. It is designed for applications requiring high reliability in a compact 2.1mm x 0.6mm footprint with a profile thickness of 1.0mm. The device is moisture sensitivity level 3 and features tinned pads for improved solderability.
