
The KB817-B is a general purpose optocoupler with a collector emitter breakdown voltage of 35V and a saturation voltage of 200mV. It can handle a maximum collector current of 50mA and a maximum power dissipation of 200mW. The device is packaged in a DIP-4 package and is suitable for operation over the temperature range of -30°C to 100°C. The KB817-B is RoHS compliant and is available in cut tape packaging.
