Tflex HD700 is a high-deflection, thermally conductive gap filler designed to minimize pressure on components during assembly while providing superior thermal performance. It combines 5.0 W/mK thermal conductivity with high compressibility to fill gaps and reduce thermal resistance. The material is a silicone-based, pink elastomer that is naturally tacky on both sides and requires no additional adhesive coating. It is specifically engineered to handle high-temperature environments with an operating range up to 200°C.
