Features one supervisor with active high/active low/push-pull output drivers, a watchdog timer, and manual reset capability. Operates within a 1V to 5.5V supply range with a maximum supply current of 35µA. Packaged in a narrow body plastic SOIC N with gull-wing leads, suitable for lead-frame SMT assembly. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
