The DS1834A/T&R is a temperature sensor packaged in a PDIP with a through hole mount. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and has a maximum supply current of 50uA. The device can be supplied with a voltage between 1.2V and 5.5V. It is available in tape and reel packaging and is not radiation hardened. The DS1834A/T&R does not have a watchdog timer.
