Features a 350mV dropout voltage and a wide input voltage range of 1.1V to 3.6V, with a fixed 1.5V reference. Operates from -40°C to 85°C with a 1.3mA quiescent current and 80dB PSRR. This surface mount component is supplied in tape and reel packaging.
