The XR3160EIU-F is a high performance multiprotocol transceiver supporting RS-232, RS-485, and RS-422 serial standards. It features a single 1x1 transceiver configuration for RS-485/RS-422 and a 2x2 configuration for RS-232. The device includes 15kV ESD protection, internal charge pumps for single-supply operation, and selectable data rates up to 20Mbps for differential modes and 1Mbps for RS-232.
