The MLX90641 is a factory-calibrated 192 pixel (16x12) infra-red thermal sensor array housed in a 4-lead TO39 package. It provides an I2C compatible digital interface and is designed for high-temperature environments, supporting an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. This specific variant (BCA) features a standard 55° x 35° field of view and is capable of measuring object temperatures between -40°C and +300°C with 1°C accuracy and a noise equivalent temperature difference (NETD) of 0.1K RMS at a 4Hz refresh rate.
