The MLX91221 is a factory-trimmed integrated Hall-effect current sensor that senses current flowing through the low impedance leadframe of the SOIC package. It features a monolithic CMOS sensor with two sets of Hall plates for differential sensing, providing robustness against external magnetic fields. The device operates on a 3.3V supply and provides a high-speed linear analog ratiometric output voltage with a response time of 2µs and a bandwidth up to 300kHz.
