It supports SPI modes 0 and 3 with clock rates up to 20 MHz at 5 V and uses 64-byte page writes with a 5 ms maximum self-timed write cycle. The memory includes hardware and software write protection for quarter, half, or full-array protection, 1,000,000 write-cycle endurance, and 100-year data retention.
