The TVS528 is a single zener diode with a minimum breakdown voltage of 30.7V and a maximum reverse leakage current of 5uA. It operates over a temperature range of -65°C to 175°C and is packaged in an axial configuration for through hole mounting. The diode is not RoHS compliant and does not provide power line protection. It can withstand a peak pulse current of 10.7A and a peak pulse power of 500W.
