The PHA-13LN+ is an advanced wideband Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit (MMIC) amplifier fabricated using E-PHEMT technology. It is designed to offer an extremely high dynamic range over a broad frequency range (1 MHz to 1000 MHz) with an exceptionally low noise figure of 0.9 dB. The device provides a typical Output Third Order Intercept (OIP3) of +39 dBm at 0.5 GHz. It operates on a supply voltage ranging from +3V to +5V, making it suitable for low power consumption applications including battery-operated systems. The component is housed in a SOT-89 package (Case Style DF782) which provides excellent thermal performance.
