The MP2325 is a high-frequency, synchronous, rectified, step-down, switch-mode converter with built-in internal power MOSFETs. It achieves 3A continuous output current over a wide input supply range of 4.5V to 24V with excellent load and line regulation. The device features current mode operation for fast transient response, 500kHz fixed switching frequency, and frequency synchronization from 200kHz to 2MHz. Protection features include over-current protection with hiccup mode and thermal shutdown.
