The MP4582 is a synchronous step-down converter with integrated high-side and low-side MOSFETs. It supports up to 2A of output current with internal compensation and features an ultra-low 8μA quiescent current. It operates over a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 100V and achieves high efficiency across a wide load range through power-save mode (PSM). The device includes a fixed 400kHz switching frequency and comprehensive protection features including over-current, short-circuit with hiccup mode, and thermal shutdown.
