The MP8796B is a fully integrated, PMBus-compliant, high-frequency, synchronous buck converter. It features MPS’s proprietary multi-phase constant-on-time (MCOT) control for fast transient response and easy loop stabilization. The device allows multiple converters to be connected in parallel with excellent current sharing and phase interleaving. It provides lossless, accurate on-die current sensing and is stable with zero-ESR output capacitors.
